My computer taskbar is completely frozen everything on my computer works perfectly

I expect to have built up an Intel-Based MacBook and I tried fitting the new Flash Player, That's why it didn work. But it had no error message and now Flash Player doesn work at all. I tried restarting my computer and the installation of again, But this didn help. What to do now?
